Contracts are on a rolling one month basis. This means that, in the unlikely event, you wish to cancel your support contract with us, we require only 30 days notice.
If you require a personal device to be supported, we can do this on a had-hoc basis. We'll charge you the same as an out of contract support fee...
No. Unfortunatly we are unable to support companies outside of our catchment area.
Quite Simply, a call out is deducted from your remaining support time.
When you have gone over your allocated amount of support, you'll be charged the standard fee for out of contract support.
