All our engineers are Microsoft Certified, which means they have extensive knowledge of Microsoft environments from Windows Server to Office 2010.

Our service to you works in different ways, but the one aspect that remains the same is you are assigned two engineers only.

Why?
Well imagine if we fielded your support call to the first available engineer. The engineer would need to read up on your network and previous support issues. If you constantly go to the same engineer, they will always know your network. They'll know the little settings that would otherwise have to be looked up. It makes sense, doesn't it?
